I noticed earlier this morning that my MLIA total had reduced by £47.xx. I assumed it was an IT glitch (slow running overnight update) and would be sorted later. I have just checked again and it's reduced by another 70p. I have emailed AC and got the standard response (you may have to wait 3 days). Anyone else with a similar problem?

I see this happen occasionally. I think there are some "disconnected" batch processes that can take variable amounts of time to run. Normally if I check back later in the day things have settled down.

That'll be it Latest update, "There has been a system error which will delay us distributing the net proceeds of the £1,000.00 payment. You will note this has may have changed the appearance of your holdings, interest rate etc. We are working on this and will have a solution shortly. Your actual holdings in this loan, interest rate etc. have not been changed."

For this loan, check the repayments page. Unless it's been edited to change since I looked ...
£50,000 lent total ~ £24,368 repaid up to 13th june 2017
£3083.65 remains outstanding.
I'd say that's probably a little bit wrong. Although you could frame it as a "rounding error" or a "display glitch".

I have just noticed a change in both investment size and interest due. Both slightly out by just under £160.
Should I email it over or just wait it out and see?

As far as I am aware this discrepancy (described as a system error) has not been resolved and they have promised an update tomorrow 21 Jun. So capital appears to have been reduced but not credited to cash resulting in 'Disappearing Funds' (OP) I plan to eMail tomorrow if there is not a satisfactory explanation.

However, I must also state that we also have a phone number that you can call and speak to someone on. You can always pick up the phone to us.

We got this today 21 Jun update and promise of a further update on 4 July - at least an acknowledgement of the continued problem but no rush to a solution!

If you had lent money on #199, there is still interest owed to you, even though it has been removed from your loan book 'cos AC has moved it to the "Repaid" tab

Fortunately this doesn't affect individual accounts, it affects everyone that is in the loan. So you should be able to comment away on whatever the "system error" is that has made the sums not add up (not even Approximately Counting), and why it's such a large problem to fix it.

Can someone DM me an exact break down of the problem so I can take a look and revert back to everyone.
There is a known issue of loans repaying late on a Friday which we can;t process repayments until the next working day. I need to know if this is tied to that
Once I have a detailed problem spec I can ask the right questions.
