Today my un-used IFISA allowance plus my total investment is less than 20k so can't just be GBBA1. Hopefully something has gone wrong or.... Negative equity already??? Not started to check the "normal" acc yet.

Same here. The display is showing I have zero balances in cash and QAA swept funds, while I have received multiple payments of interest and principle since any buy orders were last executed.
And my overall investment total is down on what I held yesterday.
(On the plus side today, the long awaited final interest has been credited on defaulted loan 199, meaning that investors have now received all capital and interest due.)

Yes, mine too. Maybe its the new levelling algorithm spreading the wealth around I have messaged them - hopefully the issue will be looked at soon.

If it's the Chavez algorithm, it'll all be downhill from here. Looked out my window, and there are no riots or food shortages yet, but they'll come.

Weird! It's jumped back up again. I suspect it was a transaction which was in an intermediate state. Someone needs to oil the computer.

totals look correct but mlia reports still missing cash sweep transactions. Maybe a kick as well as some oil.

My MLIA went down £80 earlier today. I went onto online chat and have been told I will get a reply by cob Monday. In the meantime I've logged on again and it's back up. The AC code should be better than this.

I wasn't invested in 437 so that's not the reason for my temporary loss.

I logged on yesterday evening and I had my money back. But now it's about £70 lower.
AC, this isn't good enough. My account should be correctly valued all the time, not sometimes.

Now it's back up again. I think my account is connected to a spring that goes up and down every 24 hours or so. This is a farce.

For the guys who notice the missing funds. Do you find "Reports > Your Balance Statement" historically shows missing/returned money?
Due to posts here I was taking the figures weekly from "Your Balance Statement". Now I've reduced to monthly and it looks as expected.

I've posted about this elsewhere but probably needs repeating. We've recently switched to asynchronous clearing of funds on loan repayments, a move required to help scale the system, so items can appear on your statement and your loan holdings can be adjusted prior to your balance updating. Usually the delay is a couple of seconds so you shouldn't notice, and for larger loans with huge numbers of transactions in their repayments that can maybe extend to a minute or two which again shouldn't be an issue. Usually if you refresh the page a couple of times and it should have caught up. There was an issue a couple of days ago which affected trevor's account amongst others where the background service had an error and stopped the balances from being updated. This was resolved Friday evening and the system should have been fine ever since. We're in the process of improving our system monitoring to include this error to hopefully prevent a recurrence, and failing that to at least alert us more promptly so that we can manually intervene.
