My "Your Total Investment" and "Current Total Lent" is less today than it was last night (again). Does anybody know what's causing it this time?

On Friday 10 th I couldn't get my records to match with the AC website, and realised there'd been a capital repayment on an amortising loan but my capital balance hadn't been reduced; it was as if the system was treating it as extra interest. That was "fixed" on Saturday 11 th, causing my balance to drop back accordingly. Doesn't exactly instill confidence in the platform.

Now I find that my accrued interest did not increase by even a penny overnight last night so that's £16-odds missing. Anybody else notice no increase between yesterday and today?

In addition, a few quid is still sitting on PSIA uninvested as it has for a couple of days, so looks to me like a more general freeze.

I've been in touch with AC today and they say that they're not aware of total funds decreasing or no accrued interest being added for anybody else, but I've given them the link to this page to show them that I'm not alone. They're looking into it ...

The same for me, the "Current Accrued Interest" shown at the top of my dashboard has not changed for over 24 hours, and appears to be missing one days accruals. No transactions on my MLIA for over 36 hours either which is rather abnormal.

Now that is Scary... if they have a problem and are not aware that money is going missing from funds reconciliation is not accurate or working, And worse they are not aware that money is gone.

Nothing to worry about. Double interest accruals last night to make up for Sunday, and my MLIA buy orders have started working again.

AIUI this isn't money going missing, it's a calculation given as an indication to lenders stopping updating. Accrued interest is recalculated daily as part of an overnight update process that is part of the marketplace code (so that it doesn't clash). That process sometimes loses track of which loans need to be processed and which do not leading to some loans not being updated overnight and their markets pausing. Restarting the process fixes everything. That entire process is due to be replaced with a new one in the next few weeks as part of a major platform upgrade. This isn't lender funds disappearing, it's simply an indicator failing to update the total of the interest that would be paid were all of a lender's loans to make their next interest payment today.

Rather than going up overnight by its usual amount of around about £16, I've logged in today to find that my current accrued interest figure has gone down by about £20 so that's about £36 missing. Has anybody else noticed a similar problem today? I've send AC a message so hopefully they can sort it out.

My total has gone backwards today. I am unable to say why this should be. Perhaps a partial repayment on 379 gone wrong?

There might well also be a problem on GBBA (1) that doesn't appear to be sweeping interest into the cash account, currently 'gone missing'.

Yep, me too.
My total investment/lent figure has (since yesterday) gone down by £15-50
My Interest accrued figure has (also since yesterday) gone down by £9-36
I've been taking daily snapshots of the status page every day for several weeks, once I have a month of data, I'm planning to graph it to try and get a handle of some of the oddities I keep seeing.
