#442 would account exactly for the discrepancies in both my accounts (standard & ifisa).
It's disappointing that this sort of discrepancy keeps recurring on a platform that I otherwise rate quite highly. This is the sort of thing you only expect from a 2 bit outfit like ReBS!

This one is a redemption where the loan units have been flagged as repaid but the money is working its way through the system. It's slowly catching up with itself and I've seen a couple of areas for future optimisation to speed that process up.

Has anybody else's total investment figure decreased since this morning? Mine's down by £206.46, "missing" from my MLIA. I think it's shomething to do with #442 being repaid today. It's gone from my MLIA but the repayment hasn't been credited to me anywhere. Me, nush , Harland Kearney (see other thread, I'd forgotten about this one)

Look on the bright side, it's been a whole 6 days since I last had to contact AC on 8 May about incorrect figures. Or seriously, poor show AC.

This is becoming very concerning, the third time that this has happened to me, I recently went 4 days wondering where 10k had gone.

I'm down £140.82 in my main account and £36.30 in my ISA since this morning. Good job I keep records.

[Edit: Just checked again 11 minutes later and hey presto as if by magic... the amounts are now correct : must be still rolling through for some people then.]

There was another batch of asynchronous payments going through. They've now been processed and I've made a change that should help them be processed a bit more quickly in future. If you still have a discrepancy please could you contact customer services in the morning to investigate as I'm not aware of anything else outstanding from today.

Just Had a Reply from Dominic, everything back to normal, I appreciate the prompt response and explanation, less concerned now that I know it is a system issue and not just my account.

I have an issue also of some £1800 in what is the accurate figure for the total invested in my Standard account. I Spoke to the live chat and was told I would be emailed the next working day. Two working days later still no update So I resorted to emailing Dominic. I have now received a holding email which still does not tell me the correct figure of my total investment should be and says. I am expected to await the next email which might take up to seven days.

A strange thing happened with my "missing" £200-odds. It was the repaid loan #442 and eventually it appeared sitting in my QAA as "Awaiting investment", but when I clicked on "Queue position" I was told that I had no queued funds. With a puzzled brow, I withdrew the £200-odds from the QAA and then reinvested it thinking that might jog some cogs into action and sort it out, but instead I had a repeat of the above, ie showing as "Awaiting investment" but then "Queue position" said I had no queued funds. I withdrew it again, invested it into my MLIA and hey presto, the balances sorted themselves out and everything was as it should be. My "missing" £200-odds reappeared. I'll bear that in mind in future should the same sort of thing happen again, although it really shouldn't be necessary.

AC site is crawling tonight, messages re server overload, I have the same issue with queued funds.
