In Mouseys post a few weeks back he mentioned payouts within a few weeks and then further down his post he actually quoted around 5 weeks so all in all we probably have a few more weeks to go and a few more weeks of fees. You couldn't make this up could you. A legalized cash cow. I have emailed BAD several times now to change my account details over as the ones they will probably have in their systems from 4 years ago now belong to an Albanian thief. Not heard a sausage from them so this is going to be fun.
and have been providing all the details in their Annual Reports. No Investors should need to know anything more ! They are not obliged to reply to poor souls like us as they consider this below their dignity :-( Yeah, same as if you contact RICS, (which I have done), they will absolutely assure you that each and every one of their "Professional Valuers" are exemplary, exceptionally honest, beyond reproach, etc, etc. I would hope that most have now woken up long ago to these various "Professional Bodies" and their game. They are all the same.

LOL my portfolio is down 5% like yours over the last year but in my case 6% down since Truss scared the markets. For me it's: S&S portfolio down 7.3% in the year; P2P portfolio up 7.3% in the year. Until the platform/s fail, or the FCA get involved, or, take your pick of numerous other possible "upsets" - just being Devil's Advocate.....

Contacted your MP lostinspace ? overthehill? And Others? More we kick up an almighty stink about the FCA's gross negligence and incompetence of their shocking "handling" of Peer to Peer the more likely we will see some sort of Results. |

I have fond memories of The Funding Secure Cheerleaders who doggedlyy supported & lauded FS' honesty & integrity, and wouldn't accept anything bad about them, even up until it was bloomin' obvious. Where are they now? |

Just seen this - brilliant explanation which cuts through the wheat and deliberate chaff which the defendants are clearly using to try and confuse the public etc as to what actually happened - I think the litigants have done a really good job (unlike the FCA) Surprised RL never invited you in for a cup of tea - absolutely no manners and I would have thought he would have liked to explain why he was innocent... I guess the directors etc never expected it would end like this and that we investors would simply lose our money and that would be that! This whole thing is worse than an episode of Minder! Can't wait for the next update... I lost a grand in that Reading "loan" alone. They thought we'd do nothing and took advantage of that, because P2P Investor Lenders are on their own & disunited, and the Platforms know it. My new word ............. Farseholes.

I had a nightmare yesterday that I found out I had a pile of money in Assetz Capital. It ended with me threatening my Solicitor, after that I woke up. I had a bigger nightmare, I dreamt that I had money in FundingSecure, Collateral and MoneyThing. Then I woke up, and it was true ...........

The BIG scandal in this whole lying and thieving travesty are the laughable "Professional Valuations".
Despite all that has happened if the "Professional Valuations" had been anywhere near reasonably "professional" we would all still have our shirts, with maybe only a pocket missing and maybe a cuff. I'm not talking about the Big Tower and Other Developments, their Valuations were always malleable. And boy, where they "mallied".
RICS and it's oh so "Professional" Members have a LOT to answer for and if they smugly think they are home and dry they better think again, they haven't been forgotten.
