Holding balance seems to be ticking up very slowly since then with the processing of the loan sales I had instructed previously. Over 24 hours since the last update so it's either caught up with itself, it's broken again, or someone needs to feed it the next bit of data (From the amount I've been able to withdraw from my holding account it's hopefully now caught up). I'm guessing since it rarely if ever ran on a Sunday then its not going to to now but happy to be wrong. Edit: Ok so i thought i'd just double check and for me the STD account ran yesterday with statement changes @12:34 but the ISA ran today and finished @18:36. However there were changes at the top level but no statement changes since yesterday in the actual returns info. Sadly without detailed statements data its not possible to see what changes were actually made.

Ha so I just received a text from Z (bit naughty, seeing as the only texts I permit are codes for log-in access) along the lines of: "You have uninvested money not earning interest, log-in to your account, etc. blah, blah blah..." Er, no I don't as I literally just withdrew it, remember?! More worringly, I just logged in to the app to quickly check how many pence I have not lent out to find that the balance figures in the app are the old (pre-withdrawal) figures and do not correspond to the figures displayed when I log-in to my account on the PC! I know my withdrawal has been proccesed as 1) I received an email from Z confirming this and 2) the credit is showing as a pending tranasction on my bank a/c
(with apologies for duplicating this post from the other thread but I am being shouted at to go for lunch!)

Access issues again? Tried logging in to my account 3 times now and cant get access, anyone else having problems?

Worked ok for my first attempt a couple of minutes ago (11:34) but now getting Tried a few times but only worked after clearing all zopa cookies. Then tried logging in Mrs Aju and in a she was able to log in but not get anything after the dashboard. Eventually it again failed out with an access denied message. Not very professional if you ask me and considering the time it took to fix an unexpected error last week i think that Zopa should consider getting some more experienced developers. Update: "Sorry there is a problem" message when Mrs Aju tried savings side of house eventually. I've cleared cookies numerous times and it's clear this will allow one to get back in and if one is lucky as far as the dashboard but the underlying system seems to be down again. Seems to me that Zopa is tweaking things on the fly again and not being aware of the effect this might have on users logged in or worse allowing them to log in whilst this goes on. As I said seems like a clear misunderstanding of cookies and their effects when they are not cleared correctly. Fortunately I was able to get in earlier today and get the stats i wanted but it's very worrying none the less.

I have had problems on and off during the past week - as well as the big outage at the beginning of the month. And I can't access my a/c again this morning. Not very good!

Seems to be stuck now between the dashboard and a lower level option with a spinning circle. If anyone is interested in the cookies that are not cleared correctly then it looks similar to these. Clearly if they are not cleared correctly and its not possible to log out correctly at the moment without leaving then behind then clearing just those should be enough to start again. _hjSessionUser_158971 _hjSessionUser_2304732 _hjSession_158971 _hjSession_2304732 that said it is better to just search the browser cookies for zopa ones and clear them all to be safe their gone. Usually works for me when zopa is suggesting to clear cookies. Stet: Did not work unless i cleared them all - sadly - seems to have left me logged in too as twice i logged in and was stuck at the spinning circle. I'm not sure Zopa has noticed this as i would have expected any self respecting company to have a message at the front before trying to fix it but i'm rather old school.

Seems to be back up after about 30 minutes of being essentially off the air. I reported it on twitter but did not get a response I guess all hands were to the pump although they seem to have made a number of announcements today. Nothing from support on twitter but got a PM from zopa.com - i think - apparently they are not aware of any issues on the system today!. Probably so busy putting out other messages on the feeds. By the time they got to my twitter it was working again. I can;t help thinking someone was doing something on the servers or software. I noticed on Mrs Aju's account that the savings stuff appears at the top of the dashboard now and p2p is at the bottom. Perhaps that makes it easier down the line to just remove p2p! From my perspective just need to look at the logs and should give them a hint i gave them a rough time of 11:00-11:30 today but sadly not sure they will be r'sed and i definitely am not spending my money ringing them on the numbers they suggested and spending my money detailing it to them - I have answered the PM i received with the jist of the issue and gave them my phone number but i'm not expecting them to A. even be interested B. Know what to look for or worse where to look! C. Find the issues. D. Fix the cookies clear downs etc (Instead of asking us to clear cookies that clearly hasn't worked for us everytime we do it.) etc etc etc.... Edit: .... Well it seems they were listening to my comments here (Not!) and someone eventually checked and there was an issue today. (I mentioned it on twitter and initially they said there were no known issues, i pushed back on that and lo and behold there were some issues after all). So only 17 people were affected so thats ok then.

My access issue was fixed later in the afternoon. Requested I send them a screenshot which i refused to do as they should know if their systems are working or not. Anyway it was sorted. Not sure if its zopa intention to hack off p2p investors, but I'm wondering if its worth the hassle. If rates rise in the near future it may be worth fscs accounts instead.
